Pottery Avenue Professional Plaza starts construction

"Miles Yannick & Co., Architects, have announced the start of construction for a dental office plaza the company has designed for Dr. Bruce Yoder, DDS.The 11,000-square-foot, two-story building is the first of a seven-building high-tech commercial development, the Pottery Avenue Professional Plaza, owned by the Yoder-Morrison Partnership of Port Orchard.Yoder's offices occupy the main level of the building with the lower level planned for commercial offices.The building design includes electronic specifications that accommodate high-speed Internet/voice data connections for tenants who require broad-band access to the Internet.Construction is scheduled for completion December.The approved master plan for Pottery Avenue Professional Plaza includes six two- and three-story commercial buildings, one existing building, parking areas, and landscape design for the 8.6-acre parcel on Pottery Avenue, adjacent to Tremont Village.The entire commercial project offers a state-of-the-art telecommunications and fiber optic network for tenants to share central computer maintenance services.Miles Yannick & Co. is based in Bainbridge Island."
