Burdick earns civil engineering certification
Port Orchard-based WestSound Engineering, Inc, has announced that Alan L. Burdick has successfully passed the Professional Engineering exam and is now a registered civil engineer.
As a result, WestSound Engineering will have four licensed engineers on staff.

RE/MAX Town & Country in Port Orchard has announced the addition of Jeff Smith to its staff.
He previously worked in a family-owned business the past 21 years.
Chamber Man, Woman of Year entries sought
The Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce invites the community to nominate candidates for the 2008 Man of the Year and 2008 Woman of the Year.
The successful candidate will have donated many hours of service to the organization of their choice for the betterment of the SK community.
The nominee does not have to be a chamber member or be associated with a business organization.
