Harrison official to discuss healthcare changes with business leaders

SILVERDALE — The Kitsap Business Forum will present “Kitsap’s Changing Healthcare Landscape” on Sept. 9.

Adar Palis, chief operating officer for Harrison Medical Center, will present how healthcare is changing in Kitsap and Harrison is leading that change. Open questions from business leaders will follow the presentation, facilitated by David Bryant Mitchell of PMR Business Coaching and Consulting.

Palis will present how Harrison’s planned move to Silverdale and partnership with Franciscan Health Systems will change Kitsap’s healthcare industry and impact business throughout the area. Other topics may include: specific opportunities/challenges business leaders can expect, Federal and State political impacts on healthcare and small businesses, and what other changes you can expect in the near future.

The Kitsap Business Forum (KBF) is organized by the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Kitsap Economic Development Alliance, Excell Puget Sound, and PMR Consulting.

KBF is sponsored by Bremerton Area Chamber of Commerce, Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce, Greater Poulsbo Chamber of Commerce, Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce and Kingston Chamber of Commerce.
