Evergreen Freedom Foundation founder to speak in SK

The Evergreen Freedom Foundation has been referred to by some as a “think” tank and by others a “do” tank.

Established in 1991 by founder Bob Williams, the foundation is a public policy organization in Olympia, and dedicated to the advancement of individual liberty that has grown from 341 members to over 5,000.

Williams will bring his free-market economy message to South Kitsap as speaker at the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce’s June 8 membership luncheon.

The event is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. at Blondie’s restaurant/SK8Town Event Center, 0000 Piperberry Way.
