State’s labor force increases by more than 13,500 since October

Despite an estimated 6,800 new jobs created from October 2014 to November 2014, Washington’s unemployment rate rose for a third month in a row to 6.2 percent, according to preliminary and seasonally adjusted numbers released today by the state Employment Security Department.
