Town shines with Festival of Chimes & Lights

The annual Festival of Chimes & Lights drew a big crowd in downtown Port Orchard for the lighting of the community Christmas tree and other merriment, such as the Pooch & Purr on Parade, lighted boats at the marina, choirs singing carols, hayrides and more on Saturday.
