Cindy Lucarelli smiles after taking the oath of office Wednesday afternoon as a member of the Port Orchard City Council. Lucarelli, who was elected in November in her third run for office, was sworn in at council chambers along with re-elected incumbents Jim Colebank, right, Jerry Childs and John Clauson.
