Manchester Library closed due to water pipe leak

The Manchester Library is closed today and is expected to be closed Tuesday also, because of a water leak in a pipe under the building.
Kitsap Regional Library officials are not sure of the extent of the damage, and said they hope to know Tuesday whether the building can reopen Wednesday.
