Shipyard hosting career fair this weekend

Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility will host its 2012 Career Fair from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds.

Hiring requirements for Department of Navy:

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hiring

• Must meet security and physical fitness requirements

Backpacks, briefcases, etc., will not be allowed into the pavilion. All hand-carried items are subject to search.
