PLANT & BOOK SALE: The Friends of the Manchester Library will hold a Plant and Book Sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the library, 8067 E. Main St. in Manchester.

FARMERS MARKET: The Port Orchard Farmers Market will open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be farm produce, flowers, food vendors and crafters. The market will be located on Harrison Avenue, between Amy’s on the Bay and Marina Park, behind Peninsula Feed Store.

Sunday, April 27

SUNDAY MARKET: Annapolis Sunday Market is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot next to Whiskey Gulch Coffee Co. It features vendors offering an amazing selection of urban crafts, antiques, original fashion, collectibles, vintage, furniture, tools, food and world imports.Admission is free and parking is available in the Kitsap Transit parking lot.

Friday, May 2

ART WALK: The City of Bremerton will host the First Friday Art Walk from 5-8 p.m. at Fourth Street and Pacific Avenue and the Manette area. There will be two performing art stages, numerous fine arts galleries, unique shops, eateries, clubs featuring jazz and other live music. Take a short walk across the Manette Bridge to enjoy more art, shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities.

Saturday, May 3

PANCAKE BREAKFAST: Scott McLendon Ace Hardware will host its annual free pancake breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to help celebrate the store’s anniversary. The store is located at 1692 SE Mile Hill Dr., Port Orchard.

CHURCH FUNDRAISER: Grace Bible Church, 7070 Bethel Burley Rd., will host a fundraiser called “An Evening of Laughter” which will feature a silent auction and cheesecake bar. The event is set for 6:30 p.m. and tickets are $5 each. The money raised will be used for a mission trip to Uruguay. For more information, call 360-876-3200.

ART WALK: The Port Orchard Bay Street Association is hosting its First Saturday Art Walk is 2-5 p.m. in downtown. Join artists and downtown merchants on the first Saturday of each month, April through November. Artists are expected to show their work inside and outside of businesses along Bay Street, up Sidney Avenue and down Harrison Streets. Some artists will actually be demonstrating their art. Many businesses serve food and beverages.

CHRISTIAN CONCERT: Singer/songwriter Shawn McDonald will be playing one night only at 7 p.m., at Christian Life Center, 1780 Lincoln Ave SE, in Port Orchard. Proceeds from the concert will benefit Christian Life Center School. Advanced tickets $12 General Admission (purchased by Friday, May 2); $15 General Admission at the door.
