November 10, 2008 · Updated 9:26 PM
The Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce’s November luncheon will feature a consultant and behavior change specialist with over 30 years of business management experience, who will speak about how businesses can exceed customer expectations.
Brad Worthley Interna-tional-Bellevue, will keynote the event that will begin at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 13 a.m at Le Garmache Catering in Port Orchard.
Worthley feels that businesses can no longer have the goal of meeting the customer’s expectations, but it is necessary to exceed them.
Worthley’s presentation includes examples of businesses that step out of the box and find ways to “Wow” the customer.
He will talk about how customers create their perceptions of the business owner, employees and the business itself.
Worthley’s mission, according to his Web site, is to help organizations create and sustain a strong service culture where employees love to come to work and customers love to do business.
The chamber has promised that attendees will acquire techniques with which to make changes the very same day. This session is targeted to anyone, from any industry, at any level.
Worthley keeps seminar participants entertained while helping them retain the information they learn. He is a storyteller and strives to deliver his powerful message from the customer’s perspective.
Reservations for the luncheon are required and can be made at www.portorchard.com or by calling the Chamber.
The cost for members who prepay is $15, at-the-door $17, non-members $20.
November’s chamber raffle will benefit SK Helpline.
