Kilmer, Angel will address local GOP group

Twenty-sixth Legislative District Sen. Derek Kilmer (D-Gig Harbor) and Rep. Jan Angel (R-Port Orchard) will address the 26th District Republican Club during a breakfast meeting on March 21 at the Cottesmore Retirement Home dining room, 2909 14th Ave. NW, in Gig Harbor.

The event is slated to begin with a meet and greet at 8 a.m., followed by a breakfast buffet at 8:30 and the speakers at 9.

Kilmer and Angel will discuss the state budget deficit, the prospect of a state income tax and other issues, as well as answering questions.

The cost is $10 ($5 for students).
