Municipal Court

Sentences handed out in Port Orchard Municipal Court:

• Brandon James Boxx, of Lynden, was convicted on May 4 of being a minor in possession of alcohol/drugs. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 362 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.

• Charles Allyn Caler, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 3 of fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.

• Tarius Shannon Crettol, of Kent, was convicted on May 3 of third-degree driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 78 suspended, fined $1,000 with $400 suspended and given two years probation.

• Eric Paul Hillebrecht, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 3 of reckless endangerment (domestic violence). He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 350 suspended, fined $1,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.

• Esequiel Erick Robles, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 3 of fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and harassment (domestic violence). He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 150 suspended on both counts, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended on the assault charge and $5,000 with all $5,000 suspended on the harassment charge and given two years probation.

• Demetrious DeAngelo Sum-mers, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 3 of obstructing law enforcement and resisting arrest. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 suspended on the obstruction harge and $1,000 with all $1,000 suspended on the resisting charge; fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended on the obstruction charge and $1,000 with all $1,000 suspended on the resisting charge and given two years probation.

• Shaun Elliott Wallace, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 4 of possessing a dangerous weapon. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 362 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.

• Navy Reserve Seaman Appren-tice James E. Finney recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. He is the son of Colene P. and Ronald G. Finney of Olalla and a 2009 graduate of South Kitsap High School.

• Navy Seaman Natasha A. Banks recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill, with honors and was meritoriously promoted to her current rank. She is the daughter of Angela S. and Kevin M. Proulx of Port Orchard and a 2007 graduate of South Kitsap High School.
