License Actions

The Health Provisions Quality Assurances Office (HPQA) of the Washington State Department of Health has revoked or suspended the licenses, certifications or registrations of the following healthcare providers in Kitsap County:

• In April 2010, the Registered Counselor Program terminated the order of probation against Jason S. Honsowetz (RC60068635).

Municipal Court

Sentences handed out in Port Orchard Municipal Court:

• Harold E. Alexander, Jr., of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 11 of making false statements to a public servant. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 305 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.

• Kathryn Marie Ryan, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 11 of making false statements to a public servant. She was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.

• Glenna Dianna Bullock, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 11 of third-degree theft. She was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 315 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.

• Jessica Ann Gray, of Bremerton, was convicted on May 11 of possessing a legend drug without a prescription. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 suspended, fined $1,000 with $400 suspended and given two years probation.

• Crystal M. Stewart, of Port Angeles, was convicted on May 11 of third-degree theft. She was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.
