The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information about a fatality crash at the intersection of SW Lakeway Blvd. and Sidney Road SW on Jan. 28.

Investigators from the Sheriff’s Office believe 66-year-old Judith Y. Campbell, from Gig Harbor, may have had cardiac arrhythmia while driving westbound on SW Lakeway Boulevard.

Campbell’s 1989 Honda Accord sedan went through a T-intersection of SW with Sidney Road SW, crossed the intersection and hit a large metal gate.

“It almost looked like she was just parked there, about 50 to 75 feet off the road,” said Deputy Andrew Aman.

A deputy found the car around 11 p.m.

“The deputy was in the vicinity conducting a patrol check for an unrelated incident,” said Deputy Scott Wilson, spokesperson at the Sheriff’s Office.

“It would be nice to know when she actually crashed,” said Aman. “If somebody calls in and says, ‘Hey, I saw the car at 7 p.m.,’ that gives us a timeline.”

The Sheriff’s Office asks that anyone with information about the crash call Aman at (360) 337-4634.
