Level 3 sex offender moves to the 2500 block of South Flower Ave.

Taken from an information bulletin by the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office and Port Orchard Police Department:
Brandon G. Roy, a sex offender registered with the highest risk potential to re-offend, has moved to the 2500 block of South Flower Ave in Port Orchard.
Roy was convicted, in 1999, with second degree rape of a child for offering alcohol to a 13-year-old female unknown to him and then raping her.
He is a 30-years-old, white male with blue eyes and brown hair, and he is 5 feet 9 inches tall weighing 165 pounds.
A community notification meeting has been scheduled for June 30 at 7 p.m. on the third floor of the Port Orchard city hall council chambers at 216 Prospect Street in Port Orchard.
