Trick-or-treat on Bay Street

Trick-or-treaters visited Bay Street merchants on Monday.

Lots of costumed kids -- and parents -- enjoyed a mild Halloween evening on Bay Street, collecting candy from downtown merchants. There were also scary movies shown for free at Dragonfly Cinema.
