Sentences handed out in Port Orchard Municipal Court:

• Allison Marie Hawn-Fry, of Port Orchard, was convicted on March 31 of operating a vehicle without an ignition-interlock device. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 suspended, fined $1,000 with $400 suspended and given two years probation.

• Jeffrey William Kersting, of Port Orchard, was convicted on March 31 of operating a vehicle without an ignition-interlock device and third-degree driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 suspended on both charges, fined $1,000 with $400 suspended on both charges and given two years probation.

• David Bryan Landry, of Port Orchard, was convicted on April 1 of fourth-degree domestic assault (domestic violence). She was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 355 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.

• Shawn Michael Mahugh, of Tualatin, Ore., was convicted on April 1 of first-degree negligent driving. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with all 90 suspended, fined $1,000 with all $1,000 suspended and given two years probation.

• Thomas Michael Quall, of Vashon Island, was convicted on April 1 of first-degree negligent driving. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with all 90 suspended, fined $1,000 with all $1,000 suspended and given two years probation.

• Navy Seaman Recruit Jeffrey J. Irwin has completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. He is the son of Susan A. Irwin of Port Orchard.
