State Auditor-elect Kelley names Chief of Staff

State Auditor-elect Troy Kelley announced Doug Cochran as the SAO's new Chief of staff today.

Cochran also has served as a former Yakima County Auditor and County Administrator. He will succeed retiring Chief of Staff Ted Rutt.

The transition team, headed by former Office of Financial Management director and Legislative Auditor, Ruta Fanning, started in November.
