Astronomical society to meet

The January meeting of the Olympic Astronomical Society will be held on Monday, Jan. 7, at Olympic College Room Art 103 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The featured presentations are “The Winter Constellation Orion” and “The November Solar Eclipse.” There will also be a video entitled, “Of Mars and Martians.”

The program is suitable for all ages and experience levels. The meeting will include a break for refreshments and discussion. The OAS is a group of people interested in amateur astronomy. visitors are welcome.
