Man accused of firing shots outside Port Orchard Goodwill remains in custody

A man suspected in firing shots outside the Port Orchard Goodwill, remains in custody in the Kitsap County jail after he was arrested Dec. 27 by Auburn police.

Jarob Roy Pasley, 31, was charged with second-degree assault in the Dec. 21 shooting at the store located on Mile Hill Drive. His bail was set at $100,000 and an additional $75,000 for violating a non-contact order in King County.

Pasley allegedly shoplifted at the store and when employees approached them outside the store, he reportedly produced a handgun and fired several shots.

He was identified from the store’s surveillance system.
