Raid nets arrest, stolen property

A raid by the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest two people and recovery of several stolen vehicles.

On Jan. 8, detectives served a warrant at a home in the 2000 block of Southwest Youwood Way. Officers took into custody a 36-year-old man and 31-year-old woman.

During the raid, detectives found two motorcycles, three all-terrain vehicles and a Jeep that had been reported stolen. They also found two shotguns with shorter than 18-inch requirement under state law.
