Port of Bremerton commissioners to meet

The Board of Commissioners of the Port of Bremerton will meet at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 26 in the Bill Mahan conference room, Port Administration Offices, 8850 SW Highway 3, Bremerton.

On the agenda is a discussion of transfer of funds from the general fund and general obligation bonds to fund various projects including the Water Street Boat Ramp project and the Port Orchard Marina Park project.

Kitsap Economic Development Alliance Director John Powers also will address the board with a quarterly update.An update on the proposed layoffs that the commissioners addressed Feb. 5 is expected.
