OC Culinary Institute interviewing students for spring quarter

BREMERTON — The nationally accredited Olympic College Culinary Arts program is interviewing students interested in a career in culinary arts and hospitality management for the upcoming Spring quarter.

Financial aid and worker re-training assistance is available to qualified applicants and scholarships are available through the Olympic College Financial aid office.

There is ongoing advising and information by appointment (475-7571 or slammers@olympic.edu) in the Bremer Center of the Bremerton campus next to the bookstore.

Classes are held Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:50 p.m. beginning Monday, April 1. The session lasts about 90 minutes

The curriculum includes: catering and banquets, international cuisine, fine dining and serv-safe. Also included in the curriculum is baking for restaurants and institutions.
