"Convictions handed down in Kitsap County District Court: Randolph Lashaun Hubbard, 24, Arlington, Wash., was sentenced on June 9 to 365 days in jail (340 suspended), fined $500 and placed on two years supervised probation for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. Paula Irline McCord, 33, Olalla, was sentenced on July 25 to 365 days in jail (363 suspended), fined $1,000 and placed on five years supervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI). Christopher Dale Johanson, 24, Kingston, was sentenced on April 29 to to jail terms to be served concurrently of 365 days (305 days suspended on each), fined a total of $1,500 and placed on five years supervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI) and driving with a suspended license in the second degree. Kelly Tabert, 45, Silverdale, was sentenced on July 24 to 365 days in jail (363 suspended), fined $975 and placed on five years supervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI). Holly Elizabeth Epley, 20, Bremerton, was sentenced on July 25 to 365 days in jail (363 suspended), fined $300 and placed on two years supervised probation for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. Jared Adam Oldroyd, 20, Poulsbo, was sentenced on July 18 to 365 days in jail (345 suspended), fined $1,000 and placed on two years supervised probation for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. Oldroyd was also sentenced to 365 days in jail (364 suspended), fined $1,000 and placed on five years supervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI). Reginald Gordon Weston, 51, Bremerton, was sentenced on July 18 to 365 days in jail (185 suspended), fined $975 and placed on five years supervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI). Weston was also sentenced to 365 days in jail (185 suspended), fined $2,425 and placed on five years supervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI). Daniel Diaz, 28, Port Orchard, was sentenced on July 19 to 365 days in jail (350 suspended), fined $500 and placed on two years supervised probation for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. Matthew David Reeves, 28, Roseville, Wash., was sentenced on Dec. 21, 2000 to 365 days in jail (359 suspended), fined $1,000 and placed on two years unsupervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI) and fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. Victor Merritt, 26, Silverdale, was sentenced on July 19 to 365 days in jail (363 suspended), fined $925 and placed on five years supervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI). Robbie L. Bouldwin, 29, Bremerton, was sentenced on June 22 to 365 days in jail (363 suspended), fined $685 and placed on five years supervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI). Raymond Allwine, 26, Poulsbo, was sentenced on July 18 to 365 days in jail (320 suspended), fined $1,325 and placed on five years supervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI). Richard Hill Jr., 27, Port Orchard, was sentenced on July 18 to 365 days in jail (363 suspended), fined $925 and placed on five years supervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI). Patmon, 39, Poulsbo, was sentenced July 17 to 365 days in jail (355 suspended), fined $925 and placed on five year supervised probation for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (DUI). Cynthia Jean Lewallen, 41, Port Orchard, was sentenced on July 13 to 365 days in jail (335 suspended), fined $500 and placed on two years supervised probation on two counts of fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.Robert A.
