KCSO REPORT | Man cited for noise complaint

A 33-year-old Seattle man was cited for violating the county’s noise ordinance in Port Orchard on July 13.

According to a Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office report, deputies were called to the 10200 block of Orchard Avenue SE for a noise complaint of loud music and gun shots.

Deputies drove one mile east from the complaint’s home and located the noise coming from a home in the 900 block of Banner Road. They found more than 60 people on the property, including a live band playing and people lighting off firecrackers.

Deputies are looking for a pair of suspects involved in an assault that happened July 13 in Olalla.

A 31-year-old man reported he was attacked by two men in the 10700 block of Olalla Valley Road.

The victim was outside his residence doing yard work when he notice a black Ford Ranger truck backed up to a detached garage on the property south of him.

The two suspects — described in their mid-20s — saw the victim watching them, then charged onto his property and assaulted him as he tried to hide under an RV.
