Two suspects sought in armed robbery

Police are seeking information on two suspects who were involved in the armed robbery of a local restaurant on Thursday, Oct. 17.

According to Port Orchard Police Department, witnesses said two men pulled up to the drive-in window of the Jack in the Box, located on Olney Avenue, about 5:38 a.m. and took off with an unknown amount of cash.

The men were in a light blue or silver 2003 to 2004 Chevy or GMC extended cab truck. Witnesses described the suspects as two white males, said Commander Dale Schuster.

Schuster said the driver was described as a short male, late teens to early 20s, wearing a dark blue heavy jacket, dark beanie cap and blue bandana covering the lower portion of his face. The passenger was described as a 6-foot male with a heavy jacket or hoodie with a red bandana covering part of this face.

Witnesses said the driver pointed a semi-auto pistol under his arm pit, Schuster added.

Anyone with any information about the suspects can call Detective Jimmie Foster at 360-876-1700.
