Chelan, a yellow lab assistance dog-in-training, poses with his snow twin. Chelan lives with Tami Lester of Port Orchard, a volunteer puppy raiser for Summit Assistance Dogs, a nonprofit organization that provides assistance dogs for people with disabilities. Two of Chelan’s littermates are also being raised and trained in Port Orchard. No word on whether they’re enjoying the snow as much as Chelan.
