Kitsap recognizes victim's rights

The Kitsap County commisioners passed a resolution Monday declaring April 26 to May 2 as Crime Victim's Rights Week. These comments from Sheriff Steve Boyer, Prosecutor Kelly Pelland and Mothers Against Drunk Driving's Nora Sizemore reflect on how sensitivity toward crime victims has increased in recent years.
