KOMO: Kitsap guard charged with rape of juvenile ex-inmate

Kyle D. James, a former guard at the Kitsap juvenile detention center, has been charged with raping a 17-year-old inmate and her 16-year-old friend. KOMO has details on the charges. Check back later today for more updates.
