Burn Ban lifted

The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency has lifted a Stage 2 burn ban for Kitsap County which began on Thursday, as air conditions improved during that time.
Homeowners using wood to as a secondary method to heat their homes may now continue to do so, but must not allow their chimneys to emit opaque smoke beyond the time it takes to start the fire.
