Traffic was clogged in Gorst Thursday morning as crews from the Washington State Department of Transportation were working, said spokeswoman Emily Pace.

Pace said that the crews were replacing glare panels on the Jersey barriers that divide Highway 3, but they had completed their work.

There were originally scheduled to work until 2 p.m., but Pace said they were finished as of 10:30 a.m. and they were not scheduled to be back.
