If you value your money, don’t vote for Charlotte Garrido.

After she took office, I attended weekly county commissioner meetings until I quit in disgust. During that time, Charlotte delayed projects, like the opening of Klahowya School, for months.

Each uncessary delay cost us.

She demanded that informal oral updates by department heads additionally be given in writing. She had no appreciation for requisite staff demands.

Each commissioner and the recording clerk would get a copy, only to be sorted through by commissioners' staff.

Has she learned from her mistakes? No.

In a recent forum, when asked how she’d handle a specific problem, her answer was to commission a study.

Vote for Tim Matthes. He does his homework. He’ll save hundreds of thousands of dollars.
