Parking garage plan doesn't work for me

I’m not in favor of putting a library on top of a parking garage, or on Prospect Street.

There are many handicapped people in the area who use the library, and they wouldn’t be able to get up to Prospect.

Why doesn’t the city buy the empty buildings beside the bakery, tear them down and build a nice, two-story brick building with an elevator and stairs — something the city could be proud of?

This mayor will not always be mayor.
