Bozeman's record one of expensive failure

I read with incredulity Port Orchard Mayor Lary Coppola’s hats-off tribute to fellow Democrat Cary Bozeman on his resignation as mayor of Bremertonto take over as CEO of the Port of Bremerton.

I can only ask what Mayor Coppola has been drinking? Surely not Kool Aid.

Cary Bozeman leaves Bremerton with two major accomplishments — the condos and the tunnel.

Both have been unqualified disasters, both financially and practically.

And he may have had a hand in the incredible fiasco of the new Bremerton Marina, which is still only half full, and has absolutely no parking for tenants.

My fear is that he will attempt to do something for the port to anger port taxpayers when Bill Mahan either retires or loses the next election as port commissioner.

SEED is still in the wings, waiting for just the right “leader” to come along.

It could be Bozeman.
