I just left the post office in Port Orchard to cast our votes for Amy Igloi-Matsuno to assure she is elected for Port Orchard City Council.

Through the process of annexation, we are now citizens of the city and proud to support the candidate who not only shares our values but is committed to all residents, the economy and future enhancement to the city.

I have served with Amy on a committee of the Chamber of Commerce that had a positive impact on hundreds of families.

Her commitment to that program convinces me she will bring the same enthusiasm to the city and the individuals who live here.

The recent face lift to Bay Street demonstrates the forward thinking of the city and fits

Amy’s fresh ideas and enthusiasm needed to make Port Orchard a destination city.

So you ask, what is the challenge?

That is the easy part — match my vote and take it to the post office.
