Girls basketball: Wolves finish first half of league play undefeated

Senior Maile Keanu scored a game-high 20 points to lead South Kitsap’s girls basketball team to a 60-39 win Friday night against Mount Tahoma.

The Wolves (11-2 overall, 7-0 league) closed out the first half of Class 4A Narrows League play undefeated.

Keanu also added 12 rebounds and six assists, while classmate Ali Davis scored 12 points and had eight rebounds and six assists.

Ashley Keys scored 16 points to lead the Thunderbirds (7-5, 3-4).
