Wolves fall behind early in loss at Bellarmine

Bellarmine Prep jumped to a big halftime lead and South Kitsap was unable to close the gap in the second half of a 63-45 loss Friday night in Tacoma.

Riley Callaghan scored 12 points for the Wolves (9-6, 5-4), who trailed 33-15 at halftime in the matchup against Bellarmine (8-1, 13-2), which is tied for first place with Olympia in the 4A Narrows League.

South plays Monday night at Olympia.
