B.B. Booher slammed a home run and drove in a total of nine runs over the course of seven games to lead the Breeze, a Port Orchard-based 16U fastpitch softball team, to a second-place finish in the ASA Sprinker Invitational played April 22-23 in Tacoma.
The Breeze went 6-1 over the course of the tournament, led by Booher at the plate.
Jessie Sannino and J.J. Jewett each hit a triple and a pair of doubles to help pace the offense.
Kristin Stevens, Kali Butler and Hallie Macarty were strong on the mound for the Breeze while Brianna McGinnis, Kirstie Cosgrove and Leah Stevens provided outstanding defense.

 Fisher Dental 9, Mile Hill Chiropractic 7: Tyler Jackson and Austin Lowe combined on the mound to lead Fisher to the win. C.J. Douty and Chas Bauman each hit a home run for Fisher while Nick Riders, Adam Gascoyne and Geoff Stowe all had extra base hits.
Mile Hill tied the game in the top of the fifth with hits from Jeremy Klatman and Mason Scott.
Fisher Dental 10, Deisler Plumbing 9: In a wild game that saw the lead change hands many times, Fisher Dental won it on Chaz Baumans walk-off home run in the bottom of the eighth inning. Bauman had put Fisher up 9-6 with a homer in the fifth but Deisler came back behind three hits by Anthony Lobardi and the defensive play of Kirk Stanley.
Austin Lowe went 3-4 and scored twice for Fisher while Adam Gascoyne drove in three runs in the first inning to get things started for Fisher
Evergreen Lumber 4, Wileys Body Shop 1: Chris Hutcherson started the game with a lead-off home run for Evergreen as each team struggled at the plate early.
Chris Bamonte struck out 15 batters over six innings of work for Wileys while Evergreen got solid pitching a defensive play from Hutcherson and Khatai Mendiola.
 Deisler Plumbing 5, Wileys Body Shop 3: Chris Bamonte had two singles and an RBI for Wileys while Shane McLalin and Shawn Lange added singles. A.J. Nolan added an RBI for Wileys while McLalin, Lange and Bamonte turned a slick 1-6-3 double play. Lange and McLalin combined for six strike outs on the mound.
Hanley Construction 13, Wileys Body Shop 2: Eddie Meisner hit a pair of homers to lead Hanleys offense while Joseph Hanley and Josh Littlewolf each slapped a home run as well.
Jaron Burbank, Nick Cully and Chris Bamonte all had singles for Wileys while Shane McLalin, A.J. Nolan and Burbank combined for 4 strikeouts.
 Bay Side Photography 5, Deisler Plumbing 4: Collier Mayo hit a sacrifice fly that scored Andrew Dickey to lift Bay Side to an extra inning win. Derek Grant hit a double and a triple for Deisler while Conner Sharp played stellar defense.
 D&W Automotive 12, Cooper Fuel 7: Ben Wilson had a Strong game behind Home and went 2-3 while Kody Wilson Hit a 199 Triple, and Max Sinko had brilliant catch in center for D&W. Patrick Roy Hit a nice double for Cooper.
 Deisler Plumbing 5, Wileys Auto Body 3: Deisler pitchers Derek Gran and Anthony Lombardi held Wileys to three hits while Brent Miller and Kirk Stanley each hit a double and Conner Sharp hit a triple to lead the Deisler offense. Caleb Richards played great defense to support the Deisler win.
 Bayside Photography 6, Fisher Dental 4: Collier Mayo hit a towering solo homer and added a three-run triple for Bayside while Michael Cooper laid down a perfect suicide bunt to score Collier from third base.
 Evergreen Lumber 3, Deisler Plumbing 0: Evergreen got all of its runs in the second inning. Anthony Lombardi pitched three shutout innings and Alex Arthur hit a double to lead Deisler.
 Fisher Dental 2, Deisler Plumbing 0: Alex Arthur pitched three innings of no hit ball and struck out seven while Kirk Stanley played solid defense.
